check in and out
Hotel rooms are available to guests from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Depending on the booking situation, the room may be available earlier. Please contact our Sales Service to guarantee your booking for late arrival.
You need to check out on the day of departure by 12 noon. Late check-out is possible at an additional cost (for 2 hours 36 €).
cancel or change reservation
You can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process. Individual bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 1 day prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show a charge of a one night will be charged.
payment
Prepayment or quarantee by credit card in reservations is required. Payment terms are confirmed by hotel sales when the reservation is made.
parking
We have free customer parking in both the hotel and restaurant car parking areas. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations as well as preheating sockets in winter are available for additional cost.
SPA & GYM
The room rate includes free use of indoor and outdoor gym during the opening hours.
breakfast
Our room price includes a varied breakfast buffet, which is served in our restaurant on the 2nd floor of the main building. Breakfast is served from 7-9 on weekdays and from 8-10 on weekends. Breakfast includes a large selection of cheeses and cold cuts, homemade bread, porridge, various muesli and yoghurt options, as well as juices, coffee and tea.
Special diets
We serve food options for vegetarian, diets for allergy sufferers, lactose free and gluten free an on request. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform our restaurant in advance.

If you need a room for a person with limited mobility or assistance during your stay, please contact our Sales Service by email or phone in advance.
additional services
We will arrange extra beds for child 34 € / night and for adult 41 € / night. Baby cot bed 22 € / stay. Please note that it is not possible to have more than one extra bed in some of our rooms.
Also meals, guided tours and equipment rental are available on request. Single room extra is 35 € / night.
pets
We welcome travellers with pets and provide special pet rooms in the main house and in the Mäntyranta apartments. Room amenities include a food bowl, a pet towel and poop bags. Pet fee is 12 € / day / pet. Please remember to book a pet room in advance.
Lost & found
Kruunupuisto is not responsible for lost or forgotten items and reserves the right to only store items for 1 month. We hope that customers could pick up the forgotten items themselves or arrange them to be picked up. If the forgotten item is wanted to be sent, postage is always paid by the receiver. We send the goods by post as a package/letter with € 20 delivery fee plus postage (determined by the size and weight of the shipment). Kruunupuisto takes no responsibility for the items that are lost or damaged during the shipment.
